Bob is an industry veteran with a 30+ years in the logistics business who recently joined Weber. Most recently, Bob served as executive vice president of operations at Network Global Logistics, a diversified 3PL based in Denver, Colorado with 19 warehouses and significant transportation operations that produced over $100 million in annual revenues.

Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all areas of transportation, warehousing, sales, customer service, and overall supply chain management.


Maggie MoviusMargaret Movius, Senior Vice President of Finance

Margaret joined Weber Logistics in June 2015. She brings a wealth of experience to Weber with an extensive background in finance and transportation. She is responsible for all Finance and Accounting functions and will play a key role in Weber's Leadership.

She has spent over 30 years in both public and private industry, serving in key finance roles at Nestle USA, Spectrum Athletic Clubs, and most recently Total Transportation Services, Inc., a Southern California port drayage and regional over the road transportation company.


steve buckmanSteve BuckmanSenior Vice President of Corporate Services

Steve is a 3PL-industry veteran who, prior to Weber, had P&L and operations responsibility for a national 3PL distribution center network.  His focus at Weber is on driving operational rigor across Weber distribution centers through strict management and adherence to KPIs.

Over a three-decade career, Steve has been responsible for just about every facet of logistics, including legal, information systems, finance, human resources and, of course, warehouse operations.  He brings a broad and rich perspective to the challenge of distribution center operations.
