Weber's 3.68-acre Port Service Center is the home of Weber’s Drayage Fleet operations for the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, the secondary ports of San Diego and Port Hueneme, and Southern Pacific Transportation rail terminals.
Container services
Weber pre-pulls containers to our large, port-centric yard 24/7, reducing congestion at your facilities. We can also store empty containers while awaiting return appointments, helping to streamline your operations.
Chassis storage
Our Downey Port Services Center supports Southern California drayage by storing large volumes of Weber-owned chassis, ensuring availability when needed.
Loading and unloading
Weber offers a variety of services, including live unloads, drop-and-hook, street turns, and export container loading, providing flexibility for all your container needs.
Overweight services
Weber’s fleet includes tri-axle chassis and 4-axle tractors, ensuring we can handle overweight container and permitted loads within the LA/LB Overweight Corridor.
Transloading
Weber offers port-centric transloading services, including overweight load reduction for inland movement beyond the Overweight Corridor, ensuring your cargo gets where it needs to go efficiently.
