Happening Now: FMCSA considers updates to guidance documents

According to FreightWaves, The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking input from motor carriers on whether its guidance documents should be updated or, in some cases, eliminated. A 2015 congressional mandate requires the FMCSA to review its guidance every five years to ensure clarity, consistent enforcement, and ongoing relevance.
