Weber Logistics is ringing in 2025 with a major expansion for one of its key clients. The opening of a new 137,000-square-foot dedicated distribution center (DC) in Irvine, CA has been announced. This facility will exclusively support a leading ramen noodles brand—a testament to Weber’s commitment to delivering tailored logistics solutions for the food and beverage sector.

A Strategic Investment in Growth

Irvine-2024The new Irvine facility, set to begin operations in January 2025, is the fourth California distribution operation Weber manages for this fast-growing client. Finished goods will be shuttled from the brand’s nearby manufacturing center to the Irvine DC, where Weber’s team will handle inventory management and process retail orders for shipment across North America.

Weber’s partnership with the ramen brand dates back to June 2019 and encompasses an integrated suite of 3PL services, including drayage, transportation, warehouse distribution, and cross-border logistics. The addition of this dedicated facility reflects Weber’s ongoing commitment to providing scalable and seamless distribution solutions that support its clients’ evolving needs.

“In a market where households value fast, convenient, and affordable meals, the ramen noodles category has seen tremendous growth,” said Weber CEO Bob Lilja. “We’re proud to be a long-time logistics partner for one of the category’s top brands, providing a scalable distribution solution to help fuel their growth.”
